1. Purpose
MyButler is a home organization app used to keep equipment, documents, reminders and maintenance history together.
2. Organizational assistance
Reminders, suggested frequencies and information shown in the app are organizational tools. They do not replace manufacturer instructions, professional advice or applicable legal obligations.
3. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for the information they enter, its accuracy, carrying out maintenance and keeping original documents.
4. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep MyButler working correctly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases and restorations are handled by Apple under App Store terms. MyButler Essential is a non-consumable purchase associated with the Apple Account used for the transaction.
6. Data and backups
When data is stored locally, users must take suitable precautions before deleting the app, changing devices or resetting a device.
7. Intellectual property
The MyButler name, visual identity, interface, text and graphics are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
