- Your device model and iOS version.
- The MyButler version you are using.
- The steps needed to reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot without sensitive personal information.
Purchases and billing
Purchases are processed by Apple. To restore MyButler Essential, use “Restore Purchases” in the app. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s official services.
Local data
In the current version, MyButler stores your data locally. Deleting the app may remove that data unless you have kept an export or backup.
